This study uses a one-group pretest-posttest design with a quantitative approach, through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The pre-test results from 8 subjects showed a total score of 624 (65%). After the intervention, the post-test score decreased to 495 (52%). The score reduction of 129 points (13%) included all indicators: physical reactions 15%, cognitive reactions 16%, behavioral reactions 11%, and mood 4%. Based on the pre-test and post-test graphs conducted on 8 students from the XI grade of the Agricultural Product Quality Control (PMHP) department, it can be concluded that group counseling using the Trait and Factor Approach can reduce career anxiety among XI grade students at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang.
