Abstrak

Awareness of the importance of adolescent reproductive health is increasing, but many teenagers still have misconceptions due to limited access to information and taboos surrounding issues of sexuality. This study aims to examine the impact of adolescent reproductive health information services (KRR) on the sexual perception of female 10th-grade students at MA Ummul Quro Al-Islami Bogor, taking into account the school's religious values. The method used is quantitative with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 34 students, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 27 with a T-test. The results showed that the average pretest score of 68.21 increased to 81.26 in the posttest, with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. These findings indicate an improvement in students' understanding of sexuality issues after receiving KRR services. Students became more open in discussions, understood the importance of maintaining reproductive organ hygiene, and had a more positive attitude towards sexuality. This research emphasizes the importance of structured and contextual KRR services, especially in pesantren environments, by utilizing educational media and value-based religious approaches. The conclusion of this research is that KRR information services significantly influence the formation of healthy and responsible sexuality perceptions among adolescent girls.
